To be included on the ballot, all entries must notify the Friends of Elk Falls by November 1.

Must be a full sized outhouse.   No models, ginger bread, or other facsimilies, no matter how cute they are!  We're pretty open otherwise.

All outhouses must have a name.  Creativity is paramount here.

All entries should have a posted "history" or "story."  Truth and factuallity are not required!  A copy to be submitted to the Friends of Elk Falls.

Prizes awarded by the Friends of Elk Falls are:  First Place - $100       Second Place - $75       Third Place - $50

Visitors vote for their top two favorites and deposit their ballots in the Outhouse Headquarters downtown by 5:00 PM each day.
