Everyone did a real nice job. We had a good time, everyone was very friendly too. I guess my only real comment about the winners is that only 1 of these 3 was an actual outhouse, or former outhouse (bear necessities). For it to be an outhouse contest wouldn’t it only seem right that an actual former outhouse should be utilized? Not complaining or whining, just my 2 cents. Congrats to the winners and to the rest… better luck next year.
Good point, Vance. Perhaps in the future we should think about having different categories – authentic and neo something! Guess we could have a category for functioning outhouses, too!
